Put rice, water (stock), squash and chicken in a pot and boil until the rice is tender (about 20 minutes).
Strip meat into small pieces appropriate for your baby.
Mash mixture or blend as much as necessary for baby. You can add a small amount of butter for extra flavor.
You can also substitute other veggies such as carrots, or use soft tofu in place of meat.
