Baby's Fish
for 10 months and older
Ingredients:
1 fillet (around ½ cup) of any fish (cooked, or use a small can of tuna in water)
1/8 cup of milk
1 tbsp melted butter
1/8 cup cooked mashed peas
1/8 of a cup of cooked mash carrots
1/8 of a cup of cooked mashed potatoes
(When cooking the vegetables, you can put them all in a colander above a saucepan and cook together for about 10- 15 minutes).
Place all the ingredients into a blender and puree as required, or just place in a bowl and mash. Serve or refrigerate as required.
You should only serve fish to your baby once a week to limit the amount of Mercury. Freeze individual portions to use later.
